About the Course

Welcome to our Vinyasa to Yin Yoga class, where you will embark on a journey of balance and rejuvenation. This class offers the perfect balance of movement and stillness, allowing you to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness before sinking into longer-held, restorative postures.


This class begins with an invigorating Vinyasa flow, guiding you through a sequence of dynamic poses that build strength, flexibility, and focus. As you cultivate heat and energy in the body, we then transition into the soothing practice of Yin Yoga, where you will melt into longer-held, deeply relaxing postures that target the connective tissues and promote release and restoration.


Join us for this transformative experience that combines the best of both worlds - the invigorating power of Vinyasa and the nurturing stillness of Yin Yoga - leaving you feeling balanced, renewed, and deeply connected to yourself.


This class is suitable for all levels of students and is a perfect complement of both dynamic muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat and the lengthening and contracting of muscle and yin yoga that will target your connective tissue while calming and relaxing you.


Props for the second half of class may include:  blankets, towels, straps, bolster, blocks and eye pillows.


This is a general membership class.


Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the beginning of class.
