Yoga for 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR)
Yoga for 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) is a transformative class that combines the healing practices of yoga with the principles of the 12-Step Recovery Model and is an adjunct for 12-Step Recovery Meetings and Step Studies. These group meetings and practices offer those recovering from all forms of addictions and their loved ones another tool to overcome the trauma of addiction. Meetings consist of open group share time as well as a yoga practice and are open to all.
