I cannot come close to expressing the gratitude I have for what a difference attending yoga classes has made in my life. Kevala and Dawn are both beautiful people and I am so looking forward to attending more and different classes. This is a place where you can learn, grow, and just be. I highly recommend.


I was extremely impressed with the Community class I took today. Kavala taught a yoga therapy class. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a very calming demeanor. The studio is beautiful and inviting. I can’t wait to go back.


I was looking for a place for my daughter for therapeutic yoga. I found The Mind Body Connection online and it has been the best thing for my daughter and me! The instructors listen, assist and challenge you. If you have never done yoga or different styles do not worry they help you every step of the way! I have the unlimited membership now because I love the variety of classes. I am not afraid to try something new because they give you support. Kevala cares about the student and believes in what she is doing with her yoga practice. The yoga to work on depression is so helpful! I have been sleeping so much better now! I recommend this place because of the loving atmosphere! They want to see you improve in the practice.


My first class here was a Yoga Trapeze class and I loved it! I've never gone to a real yoga class till this one and I enjoyed the instructor being patient with my friends and I, also the environment was very calming so it helped me be more relaxed.


This was such a healing experience for me.

I scheduled a private session due to anxiety surrounding my disabilities and how I might perform in a class setting. I first emailed and explained my fears and Kevala, the owner, responded quickly. We scheduled, met, and she took her time and showed immense patience during my intake. She asked me thorough questions about my health background and had me do some movements and formulated a practice specific for my needs. We will follow up in a few days and I feel great about it.

More than that though she quickly dispelled all the incorrect assumptions I had about yoga that I've picked up through all the worst avenues; tv, movies, and social media. What she taught me and how she redirected my thoughts about what a yoga practice is in just a short time really lifted my spirit and made me realize how excited I am to work with my body.

I feel grateful, blessed, and excited which is a new sensation lately, and a big reason I sought out help in this manner. Thank you to Kevala.
