Kerry became a yoga practitioner in the fall of 2012 and began teaching Hatha Yoga in 2016. From a young age she had an unwavering thirst for fitness and movement. Her interest in yoga developed as she realized that yoga was not only tremendously beneficial for the body but has healing and calming effects on the mind as well. She is deeply passionate about yoga, its philosophy and healing abilities. She firmly believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone as a medium for growth and balance.
Kerry is certified in Hatha Yoga, with specialized training in Gentle, Senior, Chair, Restorative and Yin Yoga modalities with an emphasis on the 50+ demographic and desk workers. She is also a Pilates Teacher and has over completed well over 100 hours of anatomy and body movement studies.
Kerry has a well established daily meditation practice and personally practices Yin, Restorative and Gentle Yoga.
