With over a decade of experience, Rita has been guiding students toward greater strength, balance, and resilience through therapeutic applications of Pilates, yoga, and barre. Her journey began in 2011, and her classes are known for their thoughtful, mindful approach, focusing on breath, body awareness, and gentle movement to support overall well-being. Rita’s extensive training includes certifications in therapeutic yoga, classical mat Pilates, and STOTT Pilates, along with specializations in Barre Bootcamp, Yoga Body Sculpt, and Ballet Barre Pilates. Her commitment to ongoing education ensures her approach remains deeply informed, adaptive, and sensitive to the needs of every body she works with.
