Sasha

Sasha’s journey into yoga began as a personal quest for healing after a life-altering car accident that left him with severe injuries and multiple fractures. Unable to walk for years and reliant on crutches, Sasha turned to yoga 20 years ago in search of restoration. Through daily practice, he regained his mobility and has since dedicated his life to sharing the transformative power of yoga. Sasha now travels the world, teaching in places like Thailand and Bali, bringing his unique approach to healing and personal growth.


Sasha’s classes offer a unique blend of tradition and mindful movement, focusing on breathwork, alignment, and the deeper elements of yoga. His Flow Yoga classes, suitable for beginners to intermediate students, emphasize breath, stability, and effortless movement, integrating yoga therapy, meditation, and mindfulness. In his Yin & Yang Yoga classes, Sasha balances soft, slow-paced movements with deep stretches to promote energy renewal, relaxation, and a meditative state.
