Our 6-week Prenatal Yoga course is designed to support your pregnancy journey with movement, breath, and community. Classes often sell out in advance, so drop-ins are not guaranteed and we recommend registering for the course.

Yoga & Pilates Classes

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class

Late entry is not permitted, and we appreciate your understanding.

Class will begin on time and the doors will be locked out of respect for members who arrive on time.

All classes (including Aerial and Yoga Trapeze) require a yoga mat.

Please bring your own yoga mat or rent one for $3.00

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before class. Please log in to your account, use our app or contact the studio to cancel. A canceled class will show up as a credit on your account.  No cash refunds are given for a canceled class. Any single class passes will be forfeited if you do not cancel prior to 2 hours before the start of class. Sorry, no exceptions.

Missed classes that are part of a 6 or 8 Week Course cannot be cancelled for credit or rescheduled.

Private sessions can only be rescheduled no more than 24 hours in advance.
