Class will begin with a 30 minute guided meditation designed to help you relax into awareness as the minds compulsive contractions fade. Following the meditation, engage in enlightening conversations and explore spiritual teachings during our Satsang session. Join us for a transformative experience that nurtures self-discovery, community connection, and deepens your spiritual journey as you dive deeper into the depth of your being. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class.
