A general flow class that is open to everyone and is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. This class is open for all pregnant women seeking support, community and a prenatal yoga practice. This practice is geared to help you to feel strong, calm, and as comfortable as you can be amidst your many body changes during pregnancy, and will also guide you to create a bond with your baby. Join this supportive container while cultivating deep awareness of your changing and shifting body, all while developing strength and stamina for birth! Disclaimers: Please consult with your doctor or midwife before beginning your prenatal yoga practice to ensure prenatal yoga is appropriate for you. Bring your own yoga mat, water, and maybe some nuts or small snack in case of nausea. Wear comfortable pants and top that allows for movement. Yoga props will be provided (blocks, belts, blankets, bolster) but feel free to bring anything additional with you to class to make yourself more comfortable.
