The delicate tones of Koshi chimes bring a light, ethereal quality to the experience, while the ocean drum’s rolling waves of sound evoke a sense of deep calm and connection to nature. Each instrument is intentionally played to help recalibrate your nervous system, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.

 Following the sound bath, join us for a  heartfelt healing circle , where we explore love in it's many many dimensions - self love, community love unconditional love, and beyond. Through open discussion and reflection, we will deepen our understanding of  love as an energetic force that heals, connects and expands our consciousness.
