Pragalbha is a passionate and deeply experienced yoga teacher, known for her ability to adapt the practice to meet each student where they are. With over 15 years of teaching experience and extensive training in the therapeutic applications of yoga, her classes skillfully integrate movement, breath, and philosophy to support both healing and transformation. Drawing from the Viniyoga and Iyengar traditions, she brings a unique blend of breath-centered sequencing, precise alignment, and meditative awareness to every session.
Her students often describe her classes as both calming and energizing—grounded in clear instruction and inspired by deep yogic wisdom. Pragalbha’s advanced studies have given her a profound understanding of how yoga can address the full human system—body, breath, mind, and emotions. In addition to being a certified Restorative Yoga teacher, she is also a writer of philosophical poetry and uplifting essays through her blog, Infinite Living.
