About the Course

Welcome to our Meditation and Satsang class, a gathering dedicated to deepening your meditation practice and exploring spiritual teachings in a supportive community setting. This class provides a space for inner reflection, connection, and the exploration of profound truths.


As you enter the serene environment of the meditation room, you'll feel a sense of tranquility and stillness. Our experienced facilitator will guide you through various meditation techniques, helping you cultivate presence, mindfulness, and inner peace.


The class begins with a brief introduction to the practice and its purpose. You will be guided into a comfortable seated position, either on cushions or chairs, allowing you to find a posture that supports relaxation and alertness. The instructor will then lead you through guided meditations, focusing on breath awareness, body scan, loving-kindness, or other techniques to quiet the mind and cultivate inner stillness.


After the meditation practice, the class transitions into Satsang, a Sanskrit term meaning "in the company of truth." Satsang provides an opportunity to explore spiritual teachings, discuss philosophical concepts, and engage in meaningful conversations about life, consciousness, and the nature of reality. The facilitator may share insights, readings, or quotes from spiritual texts, inspiring contemplation and deepening your understanding.


Satsang encourages open dialogue and the sharing of personal experiences and reflections. It fosters a sense of community and connection as participants come together to explore universal truths and support each other on the spiritual journey. It is a space where questions are welcomed, and collective wisdom is shared.
