Yoga Trapeze
Experience the thrill of aerial yoga in our Yoga Trapeze® class. Using specialized swings, you'll explore inversions, deep stretches, and core strengthening in a suspended and supportive environment. Discover the freedom and joy of being airborne as you improve flexibility, decompress the spine, and build strength.
Āshtanga Yoga
You will be introduced to the primary series of Ashtānga Yoga, including the Sun Salutations, standing postures, and key seated poses. Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through each posture, providing modifications and alignment cues to ensure a safe and comfortable practice.
Therapeutic Yoga
Rooted in the transformative principles of the Viniyoga tradition and guided by our experienced yoga therapist, this class offers a group introduction to the benefits of yoga as a therapeutic practice. Join us to explore gentle movements, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation practices designed to promote healing and restore balance in body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
Aerial Yoga
An intro class designed to teach you the basics of bringing your ground practice into the air. In this class, we learn the foundations of aerial movement, how to familiarize yourself with the fabric as well as the basic skills you will need when taking your practice into a flow.
Vinyasa For Everybody
Our Vinyasa for Everybody class, where the joy of movement meets the power of breath in a dynamic and accessible yoga practice suitable for all levels. This class offers a playful and inclusive approach to Vinyasa yoga, inviting students of every body type and ability to explore fluid movement, mindful breathing, and creative sequencing. Whether you're brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a welcoming space to move, flow, and connect with your breath.
Heated Infared Yoga
This is a beginner level class which is based on the traditional hot yoga sequence. This class is offered heated to around 90F and is 60 minutes. The sequence consists of the same 26 poses plus breathing exercises but are broken down into a more approachable level for the beginner. Regardless of experience, this class will help build strength, flexibility and endurance for any level of practitioner.
Flow Yoga
Hatha yoga class designed to harmonize breath and movement, guiding you through a dynamic flow that invigorates the body and calms the mind. In this class, we seamlessly transition from one posture to the next, allowing the breath to guide the rhythm of our practice. Flow Yoga combines elements of strength, flexibility, and balance, inviting you to cultivate mindfulness and presence with each movement.
Gentle Yoga
Experience a gentle and nurturing practice with slow, mindful movements and deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, it focuses on gentle stretches, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques to promote flexibility, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace. Yoga For A Healthy Back
This specialized class dedicated to nurturing and strengthening your back, promoting spinal health, and alleviating discomfort. In this gentle yet effective class, we focus on cultivating awareness of the spine, releasing tension, and improving posture through targeted yoga poses and therapeutic techniques.
Children's Yoga
Designed specifically for children, this class combines yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities in a fun and interactive way. Prenatal Yoga

Intermediate/Advanced Flow
In this class seasoned practitioners can come to deepen their practice and explore new dimensions of yoga. This class is designed for those who already have a foundation and are eager to delve further into their practice. Expect to move with intention as we explore advanced āsanas, intricate transitions, and refined breathing techniques.
Meditation & Satsang
Discover the power of meditation as we guide you through various techniques to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness. Class will begin with a 30 minute guided meditation designed to help you relax into awareness as the minds compulsive contractions fade. Following the meditation, engage in enlightening conversations and explore spiritual teachings during our Satsang session.
