A truly unique offering, our Yoga Trapeze® Class offers a
unique blend of traditional yoga and aerial yoga.
We use the Yoga Trapeze® as a support to do traditional yoga poses that might otherwise be inaccessible, as a prop to achieve deeper stretches and openings, and as a tool to achieve inversions and deep back bends.
Of course, we still link movement to breath and try to work towards a deeper awareness of what is happening in our system, making this class as effective as any other yoga class we offer.
Plus, it's a lot of fun!
