Prenatal Partner Prep Workshop

Prepare for birth together in this hands-on, interactive workshop designed for expecting moms and their partners. Guided by a certified prenatal yoga instructor, you’ll learn practical tools to feel confident, connected, and prepared for labor and delivery.

Other Pregnancy Safe Classes
While we offer classes that strictly dedicated to prenatal women, we encourage our expecting moms to come to regular group classes. All of our Therapeutic and Gentle yoga classes are pregnancy-safe. Just let your instructor know you are expecting, and they will modify the class to ensure the safety of you and your baby.
Please note, we do not allow expecting moms into any Heated Class, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, or Pilates classes.
