Pregnancy Safe Classes

While we offer classes that strictly dedicated to prenatal women, we encourage our expecting moms to come to regular group class. Just let your instructor know you are expecting, and they will modify the class to ensure the safety of you and your baby.

Please note, we do not allow expecting moms into any Heated Class, Aerial Yoga or Yoga Trapeze classes.
