Join us for this 3 day workshop in which we will:

​

  • Discuss prāna and the prānāvayu.

  • Learn how to work with prāna through āsana.

  • Begin our study of the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā and learn how Haṭha Yoga intentionally works to move prāna in the body.

  • Study the effects āsanas, mudras, and bandhas have on prāna.

  • October 13th- Friday Night from 4-6pm PST

  • October 14th- Saturday from 8am-4pm PST (with a 1 hour lunch break)

  • October 15th- Sunday from 8am-4pm PST (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Earn 16 CE Credits from Yoga Alliance
