30-Day Course

Our signature course is designed for new or struggling students who feel anxious, burned out, or weighed down by chronic tension or pain and who are ready for more than just short-term relief. This is for those who want real tools, steady support, and a deeper kind of healing that reconnects you to yourself.

Healing Foundations is a gentle, beginner-friendly program that combines yoga therapy, breathwork, mindset coaching, and nervous system support to help you move from stress, anxiety, pain and/or disconnection to presence and healing.

​This program is designed specifically for anyone:

  • New to yoga or returning after burnout, injury, or a long break and ready to rebuild safely and steadily

  • Struggling with stress, anxiety, or chronic tension, and looking for real tools to feel grounded and at ease

  • Seeking emotional healing and wanting to reconnect with their body and inner sense of self

  • Dealing with persistent pain and wanting practical ways to release and restore

  • Looking for a safe, welcoming space where you feel supported and understood

  • Needing a calm, structured environment to breathe deeply, release overwhelm, and reset your system

  • Wanting accountability, encouragement, and steady progress toward lasting change

How It Works

Each therapeutic class begins with a 30-minute Healing Foundations session, where you’ll explore a new concept such as breath regulation, meditation, emotional resilience, mindset coaching, or nervous system reset. Afterward, you’ll transition into one of our specialized therapeutic yoga classes that are carefully designed to support deep rest, inner balance, and lasting healing. These classes offer practical tools to ease pain, calm anxiety, and lift depression, while creating space to reconnect with yourself and breathe more freely.

  • Monday 9:00–10:30 AM (Healing Foundations + Yoga for Back Pain)

  • Monday 7:30–9:00 PM (Healing Foundations + Viniyoga for Anxiety Relief)

  • Tuesday 7:30-9:00 PM (Healing Foundations + Therapeutic Yoga)

  • Wednesday 9:00-10:15 AM (Healing Foundations + Gentle Yoga)

  • Wednesday 7:30-9:00 PM (Healing Foundations + Yoga for Back Pain)

  • Friday 9:00–10:30 AM (Healing Foundations + Yoga to Alleviate Depression)

Enjoy unlimited access to Healing Foundations and Therapeutic Classes throughout the program—each session builds on the last, deepening your progress and strengthening your results over time.

Healing Foundations class times are reserved exclusively for enrolled participants, ensuring a safe, consistent environment where you can feel fully supported and stay focused on your healing journey. Drop-ins from non-participants are not permitted to maintain this protected space.

Your Instructor

Kevala’s journey with yoga and meditation began in the aftermath of profound trauma and the weight of complex PTSD. When traditional psychotherapy and even somatic therapies fell short of offering true relief, it was yoga that opened an unexpected doorway, a path not just to cope, but to truly heal. Through breath, āsana, and, most critically, the inner work of self-inquiry and presence, yoga revealed itself as far more than a physical practice; it became a lifeline to deep reflection, resilience, and internal connection. By turning inward and meeting the layers of stored trauma with awareness and compassion, Kevala experienced a transformation that reshaped her entire life from the inside out. This sacred inner journey not only freed her from pain but awakened a spiritual dimension of healing, bringing a lasting peace and clarity of Self she never imagined possible. For Kevala, yoga is not merely something we do, it is a profound state of being, an intimate relationship with life itself, and a gateway to authentic empowerment.

 

A dedicated student and teacher of Yoga, Meditation, Prāṇāyāma, Chanting, and Yoga Philosophy, Kevala has immersed herself deeply into the wisdom of these ancient traditions. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Yoga Therapist, and is currently pursuing her MS/Ph.D. in Yoga Science at Vivekananda Yoga University. Specializing in Yoga for Trauma Recovery and spiritual awakening, Kevala brings a rare depth of both knowledge and lived experience to her work, holding space with compassion, truth, and a steadfast commitment to guiding others on their own transformative paths to healing and Self-realization.
