Welcome to our Introduction to Ashtānga Yoga class, a perfect starting point for those new to this dynamic and traditional practice. Ashtānga Yoga is a methodical and structured style that focuses on linking breath with movement, creating a moving meditation.


In this class, we will explore the foundational elements of Ashtānga Yoga, including the Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), standing postures, and key seated postures.
