What differentiates Yoga Therapy from Group Yoga Classes is Purpose. Yoga Therapy is the specific application of physical yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and visualization practices and more to address a person's individual's physical, mental and emotional needs.
Yoga therapists have in-depth training to help asses their clients needs and keep them safe. Your Yoga Therapist will work with you to address your specific goals while considering any limitations you might be experiencing.
Yoga therapy is designed to take you from where you currently are to where you would like to be, both on the mat, and in daily life. Practices are custom designed for your individual needs and to work on both your daily practice goals and long-term goals. Yoga Therapy is offered as Private one-on-one sessions.
