Welcome to our Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga Class, a blissful combination of gentle movement and deep relaxation. This class is designed to help you find balance, release tension, and restore your mind, body, and spirit.The class begins with a slow flow sequence that gracefully guides you through gentle poses, allowing you to connect with your breath and cultivate mindfulness. The slow and deliberate movements help release physical tension, improve flexibility, and build strength, all while promoting a sense of tranquility and inner calm.
As the class transitions into the restorative portion, you will be guided into deeply relaxing and supported poses. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are used to provide maximum comfort and support, allowing you to surrender into each pose and experience a profound sense of relaxation. Restorative poses are held for an extended period, giving your body and mind an opportunity to deeply unwind and rejuvenate.Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on breath awareness, encouraging you to breathe deeply and consciously, which helps release stress and promotes a sense of peace. Gentle guidance and modifications are offered to ensure that each pose is accessible and suitable for all levels of experience and flexibility.
