Do I need yoga experience to join your classes?

Absolutely not. Most of our students are complete beginners. Our therapeutic approach is designed for real bodies and real lives. We meet you exactly where you are, whether you're 18 or 80, flexible or stiff, fit or recovering from injury.

How much do classes cost?

First two weeks: $29. Membership 4x monthly: $96. Monthly Unlimited Membership: $199/month. 10 class pass: $260. Drop-in: $32. Healing Foundations Course: $349/month.

Where are you located?

We're located at 952 N. Central Ave in Upland, CA. We have plenty of free parking in our private lot with handicap accessible spots directly in front. The studio is fully ADA accessible.

Question 4

Can I take Aerial, Trapeze, Pilates, or heated classes during pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

No. For your safety and the safety of your baby, we do not allow pregnant women in Aerial Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, Pilates, Barre, or any heated classes.

Question 5

What is the difference between Yoga Trapeze and Aerial Yoga?

Accepted Answer

Yoga Trapeze uses parachute fabric with handles and is more supportive, making it better for beginners. Aerial Yoga uses stretchy lycra/spandex material without handles. We recommend Yoga Trapeze for beginners.
