Dawn, in 2007, found her way to an Iyengar class due to an injury that had not responded to years of chiropractic intervention. With her consistent yoga practice, she began to notice a shift not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. That first step back in 2007 changed the course of her life. Since then, she has practiced a variety of styles of asana including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa flow, and studies and practices the eight limbs of yoga. She oftentimes incorporates pranayama, meditation and chanting into her asana classes. Dawn enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to guide others along their yoga journey.

Continuing education trainings include Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga to alleviate depression, Yoga for a healthy back, Yoga for healthy digestion, Yoga to support the immune system, Yoga for chronic illness, Yoga for grief, Breathing thru loss and grief, arm balances, Unraveling the Koshas, Sanskrit 101, Sacrococcygeal Rhythm, and Pre/Post natal yoga.
