Dawn, in 2007, found her way to an Iyengar class due to an injury that had not responded to years of chiropractic intervention. With her consistent yoga practice, she began to notice a shift not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. That first step back in 2007 changed the course of her life. Since then, she has practiced a variety of styles of asana including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa flow, and studies and practices the eight limbs of yoga.
