Why Postpartum Recovery Matters
After pregnancy and childbirth, the body goes through significant changes. Without proper guidance, many women return to exercise too quickly or avoid movement entirely due to discomfort or uncertainty.
Learning how the pelvic floor, breath, and core work together can help prevent long-term issues and support a smoother recovery.
This workshop provides practical tools you can begin using immediately to support healing and confidence in your body.
