In this class we focus on nurturing and strengthening the foundation of your well-being - your spine! This specialized yoga class is designed to help you alleviate back pain, improve posture, increase flexibility, and cultivate overall spinal health. In this class, we'll start with gentle warm-up exercises to awaken and loosen up the muscles surrounding the spine. These movements will help increase blood flow, reduce tension, and prepare your body for the deeper stretches and poses that follow. Throughout the session, our experienced and certified yoga instructor will guide you through a series of asanas (postures) carefully chosen to target the back and core muscles. We will focus on proper alignment and mindful breathing to enhance the benefits of each pose.
