About the Course

Welcome to our invigorating Hot Yoga class, where you'll experience the perfect blend of heat, movement, and mindfulness. Step into a heated studio as we guide you through a dynamic sequence of yoga postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

In this class, the room is intentionally heated to create a warm and detoxifying environment that promotes deeper stretches and increases circulation. The heat allows your muscles to warm up quickly, enabling you to move deeper into poses and release tension more easily.

Led by our experienced instructor, you'll flow through a series of poses that will challenge and invigorate your body and mind. The class typically follows a vinyasa-style practice, seamlessly linking breath with movement to create a continuous and energizing flow.The heat in the room intensifies the practice, boosting your cardiovascular fitness and promoting a cleansing sweat. As you move through the sequence, you'll engage your core, improve balance, and build full-body strength.

Hot Yoga not only challenges you physically but also cultivates mental focus and presence. As you navigate the heat and physical demands of the practice, you'll learn to calm your mind, enhance your breath control, and find inner stillness.

The class will conclude with a soothing and well-deserved relaxation period, allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the practice. You'll leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, and with a deep sense of rejuvenation.

Please note that Hot Yoga is an intense practice, and it's important to listen to your body throughout the class. Stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and modify poses as necessary to ensure your safety and comfort.

Great for beginners and suitable for all levels.  NOT suitable for pregnant women or those under 16.

Important to know:  you will sweat A LOT so for hygiene reasons you must bring a large towel to place on top of your mat.  You will also need a small towel to wipe your sweat.  Come hydrated and avoid eating anything heavy for 2-3 hours before class.  Bring a full water bottle and wear lightweight clothing with the expectation that you will become very sweaty in class.

Your first few classes may be challenging so take things easy and rest as often as you need. Since it is the same sequence every class, you will come to expect what poses you will be doing each time.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the beginning of class.
