Designed to cater specifically to the unique needs of older adults, this nurturing practice offers a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation with the use of a chair for support and stabillity. Led by our yoga therapist, each session gently guides participants through a series of gentle movements, breathwork exercises, and meditation techniques designed to promote healing, mobility and longiviety—all from the comfort and support of a chair. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, managing stiffness in the joints, or simply looking for try something new, this class provides a safe and accessible space to unwind, let go, and reconnect with your body and breath. Accessible to all levels of experience, modifications are offered to ensure every participant feels comfortable and supported throughout the practice. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply seeking a gentle yet effective way to nourish your well-being, our Gentle Chair Yoga class welcomes you with open arms.
